These include the build crew, on-shore support, communications, sales and marketing, our partners, and finally the sailors themselves.

At Ericsson, we’re creating a fully integrated team – where sporting and commercial interests work side by side. To achieve this, we use a single management team overseeing all aspects of the project. In short, better integration means better performance. Every person involved understands that success is only possible when each highly trained individual performs their special task in harmony with all other tasks.
